COOPERSTOWN FOLLOWS LEAD

OF COUNCIL BLUFFS’ PLANNING

This is one of three  potential Design Scenarios the project team developed for Council Bluffs, Iowa,  based on the input provided during the Design Charrette, stakeholder interviews and community surveys.  The Village of Cooperstown is undergoing the same process, with publi-input meetings planned 6-8 Monday and Wednesday in Cooperstown Central School's cafetera.

COOPERSTOWN – These links, connecting to the Council Bluffs (Iowa) Nonpareil newspaper, detail how the public-input sessions conducted by Elan Planning of Saratoga Springs proceeded in that city of 60,000. Elan is conducting a similar process for Cooperstown, a collaboration of the village and the Otsego County IDA.
