In today’s business section of the New York Times, and at nytimes.com, the newspaper is reporting Chobani founder Hamdi Ulukaya is being targeted on social media and the right-wing Breitbart News as too friendly toward refugees. Ulukaya, a native of Turkey, visited the island of Lesbos last spring when boats carrying refugees seeking to enter Europe from North Africa were capsizing and hundreds were drowning, and is trying to allay the situation, the newspaper reports.
