IN MEMORIAM:  Patricia Silvernail, 49, Unadilla

UNADILLA – Patricia Dianne Silvernail, 49, of Unadilla, unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017, at Bassett Hospital.

She was born on June 6, 1967, daughter of George and Carol (Eckler) Thayer in Oneonta.

Patricia attended Unatego Central School and has worked for Custom Electronics in Oneonta for the past three years. She was member of the River Street Baptist Church in Oneonta. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing and kayaking.

Pat is survived by: her husband, Charles C. Silvernail of Unadilla; children: Samantha Palmer of Otego, Jaime Schreiber of Otego, Charles M. Silvernail of Sidney, Joseph Silvernail of Endicott and Carole Poss of Chabot, Ark.; her mother, Carol Thayer of Otego; sister, Andrea Silvernail of Otego; brother, Daniel Thayer of Otego; six grandchildren: Hannah Palmer, Connor and Hailey Poss, Kayla and Allison Schreiber and Emma Silvernail; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father, George Thayer and her brother, Scott Thayer.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pat’s memory may be directed to the Delaware Valley Humane Society, 101 E. Main St. Sidney, NY 13838. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family online at www.landersfh.com.
