2018 MIDTERM ELECTIONS
ONEONTA – Bob Fernandez won’t quit until the last ballot is counted.
“I’m not conceding anything,” the Republican who ran for sheriff with Democratic backing said a few minutes ago. “I feel pretty good right now. We didn’t leave anything on the field. I did well by my team and my people.”
Kim Muller, a Fernandez supporter and longtime pal of his wife, former county board chair Kathy Clark, said there are “hundreds of affidavits” and 1,800 absentee ballots still uncounted.
