NAACP Picnic Offers More For Children Since 1994, the NAACP has held it’s annual Community Picnic in the park where the public can come and enjoy burgers and hot dogs right off the grill, roasted corn on the cob, baked beans, desserts and more in the Neahwa Park large pavilion this afternoon.
