Lola Rathbone To Retire As Catskill Hospice CEO Former Tri-Town, O’Connor Exec Succeeds Her ONEONTA – Lola Rathbone, president/CEO of Catskill Area Hospital, announced a few minutes ago that she will retire in 2017 after 25 years with the organization.
