Escapes More Jail Time
COOPERSTOWN — Antoine Bourbon-Parme, who pleaded guilty to stealing more than $18,000 from the Cooperstown Food Pantry, was sentenced to a three-year conditional discharge in Otsego County Court this morning. If he breaks the law in that period, he could face jail time.
