An eight-page legal notice listing tax-delinquent properties is published in this week’s edition of the Freeman’s Journal, the first step in the process that ends when Otsego County auctions off properties for back taxes next August.   The newspaper is available in newsstands around Cooperstown and in Hartwick, Milford and Richfield Springs, and also at Hannaford’s and the Price Chopper in Oneonta.
