Glens Falls beats
Oneonta, 19-18

Glens Falls scored 10 runs in the first inning and nine more in the middle innings as Oneonta dropped a road game at Glens Falls, 19-18, Sunday, June 6.

The Outlaws trailed, 10-2, after the first inning, but clawed back into the game, taking a 16-10 lead after five-run third and fourth innings, However, the Dragons scored two runs in the fifth inning, four in the sixth and five in the seventh.

Oneonta tallied solo runs in the sixth and seventh innings, but came up short in the final at bats.

Stephen Tejadas took the loss for Oneonta, giving up eight runs on 11 hits in 3.1 inning of middle relief. Matt Chase got the win in relief for Glens Falls (1-2).

Brenden Harris went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI and Yuzuki Okamura went 1-for-3 with three RBI for Oneonta (0-3), which is scheduled to host its home opener at 7 p.m. Monday, June 7, against Albany, at Damaschke Field in Oneonta.
