To Endorse Democrat Clinton
COOPERSTOWN – U.S. Rep. Richard Hannah, R-Utica, who used to live in Cooperstown and represented Otsego County before the 2010 redistricting, has become the first Republican congressman to endorse Democrat Hillary Clinton for president, the Huffington Post reported today.
