Route Association co-Presidents Phil Durkin of Cherry Valley, the former Otsego County representative, center, and Ed Kleinke, Delanson, presents a $600 mini-grant to Fred Breglia for the enhancement of the Landis Arboretum, Esperance. The funds will be used to stock a community center at the arboretum in the event of emergencies. Last year, the Town of Duanesburg received the grant to beautify “The Point,” eastern entrance of the Rotue 20 Scenic Byway.
