Girl Reported Missing From Oneonta Job Corps ONEONTA – A 16-year-old girl is believed to have run away from the Oneonta Job Corps Academy early this morning and may be headed towards Rochester, according to state police. Delany Ramos, a  student at Job Corps, was reported missing to police this morning.  She is Hispanic, about 5 feet tall, medium build and blonde hair.  It is unknown what she was wearing. Struck By Car, Teen Life-Flighted, Dies UNADILLA – A 15-year-old was struck by a car Monday evening while walking in Unadilla died this morning, according to State Police. Edward A. McKinley II, 15, was walking in the westbound shoulder of Main Street in the Town of Unadilla when he was struck by a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe that was also traveling westbound.  Mr. McKinley was transported by helicopter to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse with severe head and body injuries…
