COOPERSTOWN – Some 3,000 revellers return again this weekend for Brewery Ommegang’s annual Belgium Comes To Cooperstown summer beer festival, with a highpoint the performances of Nimble Arts Circus at 12:30 and 2 p.m. Saturday at the Route 33 venue south of the village.
