To Comprehensive Plan Launch

Richfield Town Supervisor Fran Enjem and, behind him, Scot Mondore, president of the Richfield Springs Central School Board, were among more than 60 residents at this evening's county IDA presentation on a rollout of a comprehensive plan for the village and town.   Lisa Nagle of Elan Planning, Saratoga Springs, who is also leading the Cooperstown comp-plan process, gave the presentation, with IDA President Sandy Mathes setting the stage.  Thke goal is to complete the plan, a prerequisite for economic development, by April 2016.
