Sign of Spring?

This afternoon, Ed Rowley snapped this rare sight looking east from County Highway 11 near Laurens.  “Never saw one during winter before,” he said.  It was an odd mid-February day generally, with temperatures in the mid-50s this afternoon, but dropping to 36 right now.  Saturday is predicted to be cloudy with a high of 25.
