H-PARB Rejects Hotel

Application As Incomplete

The Historic Architectural Review Board declined to approve the application for the proposed hotel at 124 Main st. in Cooperstown sighting shortcomings in the application, plans and materials.  Here, architect Kurt Ofer shows Liz Callihan, Ralph Snell and Roger McMillan the blueprints for the hotel.  Next week, he and his wife, HPARB chair Teresa Drerup, will present the plans to the planning board in hopes that the trustees will make a recommendation for the plans to continue.

The Village of Cooperstown’s Historic Preservation & Architectural Review Board this evening declined to approve the application for the proposed hotel at 124 Main Street, citing shortcomings in the application, plans and materials.
