…AND THEY’RE OFF!

Fourth Day Of 57th Clinton Regatta

Means 70-Mile Endurance Contest

Only little Oliver Rickard maintains his equanimity as, inset photo, dad Andy Rickard, Hartwick,  and Joe Allison, Morris, speed from Otsego Lake into the Susquehanna River at Council Rock a few minutes ago in the first of the 70-mile Cooperstown-to-Bainbridge endurance races that got underway this morning from Brookwood.  It’s the fourth day of activities and competition surrounding the 57th annual General Clinton Regatta.  Cheering are Andy’s wife Liz and son Case, 7, as well as his mom, Mary Bergen.  (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
