Potholed Roundhouse Road

Smooth, As Paving Completed

Remember potholed and deteriorating Roundhouse Road in Oneonta’s D&H Yards? With its new smooth surface, you wouldn’t recognize it. Otsego Now President Jody Zakrevsky today announced the completion of a repaving job from Fonda Avenue to American Blade, the plow-blade maker. He said the City of Oneonta shared the cost with Otsego Now, which owns the property, and the repaving was done by the Otsego County Highway Department. He praised County Highway Superintendent Rich Bremmer for the quality of the work. (Otsego Now photo)

  1. That road needed it. Old Southside Drive was in bad condition also full of pot holes you had to drive down the middle to avoid the holes – thank goodness it’s been patched – so no holes for now anyway.
