COOPERSTOWN – Young Tim Feury – he'll be 4 on Monday – found the 2016 Cooperstown Winter Carnival Medallion (a golden football) along the outside of the Badger Park Rink about 3 o'clock this afternoon.Tim will received the $500 prize at the Winter Carnival
