ONEONTA – Friends of postcard-collector Lois Herrick, who passed away in April, are planning a tribute, “Postcards From A Friend,” 1-3 Sunday a the Swart-Wilcox House. Speakers will include collectors John Carney, Loraine Tyler and others.
