Public Hearing On Hotel
At 6:30 In Village Hall
The Cooperstown Village Board will decide this evening whether to issue a “special-use permit” for a 22-room hotel at 58 Railroad Ave., the renovated former hops-storage barn. The project, proposed by Perry Ferrara, would still have to undergo site-plan review by the village Planning Board and, perhaps, other hurdles. The photo shows the prospective future entrance from the parking lot. The board meets at 6:30 p.m. and a public hearing on the special-use permit is at 7. (AllOTSEGO.com)
