Frick Award respectively as a ceremony in Doubleday Field Saturday afternoon. Joe Garagiola received the Buck O'Neil Lifetime Achievement Award, but because of a stroke last fall and heart attack two days before Christmas, was unable to attend. He spoke to the crowd via a pre-recorded video, and son Joe Jr. accepted the award on his father's behalf. (allotsego.com)
