Cooperstown Plan Unveiled

Consultant Lisa Nagle of Elan Planning, Saratoga Springs, answers questions after a one-hour unveiling this evening of a revised comprehensive master plan for Cooperstown. It is the first comp-plan revision since 1994. At the height, more than 60 people were in the room, standing along the back of the hall.
