COOPERSTOWN – A memorial service for Regina G. Snyder, 92, a native of Cooperstown and long-time resident of Chapel Hill, N.C., who died Nov. 20, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at The First Presbyterian Church of Cooperstown, with the Rev. Elsie A. Rhodes, pastor officiating.
