Horse Groomer At Fiddlesticks Farm

RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Claude Leroy “Roy” Wilson, Jr., 90, for years a horse groomer at Fiddlesticks Farm in Cooperstown, passed away peacefully on Monday May 15, 2017, at Homelife at Folts.  He had the comfort of knowing his family was at his side.

He was born on Dec. 21, 1926, in Fort Edward, a son of the late Claude L. and Dorothy V. Wilson. Raised and educated in Hudson Falls, the family then moved to Central New York.  He retired from Fiddlesticks Farm in 1982.
