Despite losing all staff and three board members, Otsego Now Board President Devin Morgan reassures the Otsego County Board of Representatives that, despite temporary stress, the changes allow the remaining board to hire a CEO, who will hire his or her staff, and begin implementing the organization’s master plan. Other topics that came before the county board at its June meeting on the 7th included transport of compressed natural gas and whether to bring a county manager aboard.
