FLY CREEK – The foreclosed B&B Ranch will go up for auction just four months after the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department seized the property for failure to pay back a loan from the Bank of Kinderhook.

Though originally listed at $3.2 million, Platinum Luxury Auctions is listing the estate as a “no reserve” and will open the bidding at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.

The auction house lists the 335-acre estate as having a 22-stall barn with a tack room, viewing lounge, two full baths and an office, indoor and outdoor riding arenas and a 10-stall carriage house. The eight-bedroom main residence, built in 1988, includes a commercial-grade kitchen, an indoor pool and sauna and indoor, a multi-sport court.

“Ideal as a single-family estate, equestrian facility, or even a bed and breakfast, this expansive property offers the finest equine amenities,” the listing reads. For more details or to register for the auction, click here.
