1st New Cooperstown Home

In Years Being Constructed

Josh Edmonds’ Simple Integrity contractors this week began construction of a new home at 45 Delaware St., Cooperstown. It is the first single-family home built in the village in years, perhaps since Robin and Fred Schneider bought the Landmark Inn and built a home for themselves behind it.
