ONEONTA – This is the statement released by City Hall at 2:32 this afternoon:
“The City of Oneonta and its common Council are deeply saddened to report that at approximately 10:25 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2014 Mayor Richard P. Miller, Jr. died unexpectedly. On behalf of the Miller family, it is requested that during this difficult time the privacy of the family be respected.”
