COOPERSTOWN – County Rep. Kathy Clark, R-Otego, was elected chairman of the Otsego County Board of Representatives this morning for a third year. Ed Frazier, R-Unadilla, was reelected vice chairman.
A former board chair, County Rep. Jim Powers, R-Butternuts, was nominated for chair, but Clark was chosen before the Powers matter could come to the floor.
