Franklin Man Charged In Otsego Bicycles Burglary ONEONTA – A Franklin man was arrested today after surveillance video footage showed him breaking into and leaving Otsego Bicycles with two bikes valued at $2,300, city police report. HARTWICK SEMINARY – A line of families gathered outside the Susquehanna Animal Shelter this afternoon to foster the 33 puppies brought up from Saving Grace, an animal rescue organization based out of North Carolina, which seeks to relocate dogs from high-intake kill shelters across the south. Fire Destroys Garage In Cherry Valley CHERRY VALLEY – A structure fire destroyed a garage on County Highway 50 in Cherry Valley last night, according to Robert J. O’Brien, county 911 director. The fire at 1697 County Highway 50 broke out around 8:45 p.m. and was fully involved by the time the Cherry Valley Volunteer Fire Department arrived on the scene.
