Mount Vision Man Arrested For Theft, Violating Probation COOPERSTOWN – A Mount Vision man was arrested for theft after security footage revealed that he had stolen a wallet at Bassett Hospital, according to the county District Attorney’s Office. Gasoline Dips To $1.97 In NY, Still 29 Cents Above Nation Average retail gasoline prices in New York State have fallen 3.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.97/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 6,118 gas outlets in the state. Near-Record Cold Is Going, Going… Overnight Saturday, temperatures dropped to 23-below in Oneonta, but it wasn’t a record, according to Weather Watcher David Mattice.  The record, minus-28, was set in the 1930s.
