40 Cases So Far This Weekend COVID Strikes American Legion COOPERSTOWN – Just two weeks after Governor Cuomo praised Cooperstown for having the lowest rate of COVID-19 in the state, Heidi Bond, Otsego County Public Health director, has warned of potential exposure at the village’s American Legion.
