People from Oneonta and Cooperstown who had their portraits done by Lady Ostapeck, who passed away last week, recall how she discovered their inner personalities, be it a countess or Charles II. This week’s editions of Hometown Oneonta and The Freeman’s Journal, on newsstands this afternoon, contain a two-page tribute to the idiosyncratic photographer from Fly Creek.
