Life happens! We know you are busy. If you are traveling, moving, or have a need to change your subscription in any way, just let us know.

  • Delivery Problem: If you had problems with the delivery of your paper, contact Larissa Ryan at (607) 547-6103 or ads@allotsego.com
  • Vacation Stop: To put a temporary stop on your subscription, call (607) 547-6103 or e-mail ads@allotsego.com (Also, we are happy to forward your subscription to your vacation destination, or extend your subscription the length of your departure.)
  • Restart: To restart a temporarily stopped subscription, call (607) 547-6103 or e-mail ads@allotsego.com.
  • Inquiry: Inquiry on the status of your account? Call (607) 547-6103 or e-mail ads@allotsego.com.
  • Change of Address: Change delivery address. Moving? Call (607) 547-6103 or e-mail  ads@allotsego.com.
  • Payment: Make a credit card payment on your account and renew your subscription, follow the steps above to subscribe (coming soon).

 

 

Putting the Community Back Into the Newspaper

Now through March 30, new annual subscribers to “The Freeman’s Journal” and AllOtsego.com (or subscribers who have lapsed for two or more years) have an opportunity to help their choice of one of four Otsego County charitable organizations.

$5.00 of your subscription will be donated to the nonprofit of your choice:

Cooperstown Farmers’ Market, Cooperstown Food Pantry, Greater Oneonta Historical Society or Super Heroes Humane Society.
