To Install Shaft, Then Elevator

Construction was completed in recent days in the back corner of the Oneonta History Center in preparation for the construction of a concrete blockl elevator shaft, then the elevator itself.  The work is preliminary to completing renovation of the second floor into a research center and the third-floor ballroom into a social center.
