City, County To Celebrate Collaboration On New Cooperstown, Oneonta Buses ONEONTA – Oneonta Public Transit (OPT) and Otsego Express, Otsego County’s bus system, have put new, smaller more energy-efficient 30-passenger buses into service between Oneonta and Cooperstown.
