Artist Helen Quinn To Speak at Art Garage

Internationally active artist Helen Quinn will present a free artist’s talk on Thursday, August 10 at 6 p.m. at the Art Garage, 689 Beaver Meadow Road, just outside of Cooperstown. Tornado Watch Issued for Otsego and Surrounding Counties

According to the National Weather Service, Tornado Watch 605 remains in effect until 11 p.m. this evening for six Central New York counties: Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Sullivan, and Tioga, and in seven Pennsylvania counties.
