Seward Delivers $1M For Hartwick Upgrade HARTWICK – State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, today joined Town of Hartwick officials to announce a $1 million state grant to fund major upgrades to the town’s water system.  The full cost of improvements will be $1.35 million. “This state grant will help ensure that the upgrades will take place without a major rate hike or tax increase for those who rely on the system,” Seward said.…
