Hyde Hall Lease With State Extended Another 30 Years ONEONTA – State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, today announced that legislation he sponsored to protect long-term stability and local management of the Hyde Hall National Historic Landmark has been signed into law by Governor Cuomo.
