Seward Bill Exempts ‘Vintage’ Snowmobiles From Registration Fee Utica Lawmaker Introduces Companion ALBANY – For a fourth time, the state Senate has passed a bill exempting vintage snowmobiles from the $100 annual registration fee, the bill’s sponsor, state Sen.
