Triple Limit, Troopers Alleged MILFORD – State Police say they arrested a 45-year-old Oneonta man Sunday evening for aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after finding his blood-alcohol count (BAC) was .25 percent, three times over the legal limit.  The arrest occurred at 11:22 p.m. Troopers said Ronald S.
