Seward Joins Hartwick College, Teaching Politics At Alma Mater

Seward Teaches Poli-Sci Class At His Alma Mater ONEONTA – State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, is teaching where he once learned. The senator, who received his degree from Hartwick College in 1973 and an honorary doctor of laws degree in 1999, has returned to his alma mater this semester as an adjunct professor of political science.
