Police: Man Punches Bouncer, Officer At Bar ONEONTA – A Rochester man was arrested Saturday night for allegedly assaulting a bouncer and the city police officer who attempted to break up a fight. Divonte L. Geiger, 20, was denied entry to the Sip & Sail Tavern, 80 Water St., when he failed to produce proper identification.
