1980 SLAYING STILL UNSOLVED Oneontan’s Mystery Death Opens ‘Cold Case Tuesday’  ONEONTA – On Nov. 9, 1980, Barry G. Marquart, an Oneonta native, was found dead in the Chenango River with his watch and wallet missing and injuries to his head and face.
