IN MEMORIAM: Bea F. Morley, 92; Mother Of 4; Orchid, Golf Enthusiast ONEONTA – Bea Morley, 92, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 6, 2016, with her loving family at her side. She was born April 14, 1924 in Altona, Clinton County, the daughter of Frank and Georgina Favreau, after which they moved to Wells Bridge. She married Ralph J. Morley in Sidney on Oct. 25, 1941. They lived their first few years in Sidney before making their home in Oneonta. …
