IN MEMORIAM: Bradley Wappat, 67; Marine Served Nation During Vietnam ONEONTA –  Bradley David Wappat, 67, who served as a Marine in Vietnam, followed by a career in construction locally, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at his home in Oneonta. Brad was born on May 11, 1949, in Mayville, Chautauqua County, to Virginia and Robert Wappat.  Brad married the love of his life, Mindi, on Aug. 3, 1974, and they celebrated 42 beautiful years of marriage together.…
