IN MEMORIAM: ‘Bud’ Gallup, 63, Oneonta; Carpenter Enjoyed Life ONEONTA – Burdette L. “Bud” Gallup, 63, a career-long carpenter, passed away at home on June 22, 2016 after a lengthy illness. He was born Aug. 31, 1952, in Oneonta, the son of Burdette W. and Minnie M. (Roe) Gallup. Bud attended the Worcester Central School, and was a member of United Methodist Church.
