Bud Lippitt, CCS Phys-Ed Teacher, Wins This Year’s Fetterman Prize COOPERSTOWN – Harold “Bud” Lippitt, Cooperstown Elementary phys-ed teacher, has joined the list of Fetterman Award winners, chosen for their contribution to the wellbeing of young people locally, particularly in the area of athletics.
