Two Arrested After Drug Bust At Budget Inn ONEONTA – 30 bags of heroin and 23 bags of crack cocaine were seized and two people arrested in a raid this morning at the Budget Motel on Southside. Dale K. Rogers, 24 and Rameara N. Sample, 26, both of Brooklyn, were arrested after a joint investigation with the Oneonta Police, State Police and Delaware County Sheriff’s Department into illegal narcotics trafficking in and around the city of Oneonta.…
